Julian Assange’s wife has been talking to the media after the government approved his extradition to the United States to face espionage charges.
Stella Assange was speaking alongside her husband’s legal team who said media freedom in the UK was “under threat”.
Mrs Assange said the move was “setting a legal precedent” to press freedom and the UK was breaching its own extradition treaty.
