Michèle André, (Socialist, Puy-de-Dome), Chair of the Delegation for Women’s Rights, intervened with the French Government to warn against the negative consequences that could lead to the rights of women voting, by the Council for Human Rights the UN a draft resolution submitted by the Russian Federation on the “promotion of human rights and fundamental freedoms through a better understanding of traditional values humanity”
